Strength from within

This is an amazing way to strengthen the upper body and work on core strength as well as improve co- ordination, flexibility and stamina.

 

With me you do not just learn pole moves. I believe unless you strengthen the specific muscle groups you need for the moves you will never be able to achieve them, so I include resistance exercises to help you achieve this.

 

Not only will you notice how much stronger you become, you will also be so proud of yourself when you achieve a new move.

 

When learning combinations of spins, transitions and poses, you will also find you get quite out of breath. Your heart rate will go up and you will burn about 250 - 300 calories per hour.
